Senator Armstrong as Akutsu.
Replaces Akutsu with the one and only Senator Armstrong from Metal Gear Rising.
How to install:
1. Install the latest version of Ryu Mod Manager
2. Place the mod in the mods folder
3. Launch the version of the manager with the graphical interface and check the box next to the mod.
4. Click 'Save', 'Close the manager', launch the version of the manager without the graphical interface, and start the game.
