Adds machine translation into Russian. This is an initial version that will be improved.

Possible issues and solutions:

Text is displayed incorrectly (artifacts, missing characters) — just don't enter the game settings in the main menu.

How to launch (Steam version, Windows only):

Download the archive with the Russian localization patch;
Unpack it to any convenient folder;
