Revamps the weather cycle and lighting system for both outdoor and indoor missions, as well as for free driving. It also includes numerous revamped textures, effects, and new camera positions.

Features:

All standard weathers and seasons have been revamped;
New weather conditions such as overcast, cloudy, and sunny rain;
Mission weather has been revamped, with different types of weather for each season;
