I recommend reading:

Before complaining that your save isn't working, check if you placed the save in the correct folder.
There was a bug in the game where purchasing weapons became unavailable, but it's easy to fix. Just go to any auto shop and buy something.
I do not recommend accumulating more money in the stash or wallet, as it will start to go negative.
There was a bug with one of the cargoes for Vito's business; I delivered it, but it remained on the map. If you go there, you can see that the truck is missing, and the mission to steal it is still active.
I completed the game on the hardest difficulty with all DLCs.

Не рекомендую делать деньги в хранилище или кошельке больше, так как они начнут идти в минус.
С одним из грузов для бизнеса Вито случился баг, я его как бы доставил, но он остался на карте. Если туда приехать, то можно увидеть, что грузовика нет, а задание по его угону так и висит.
Игру проходил на максимальной сложности со всеми DLC.

Что включает в себя данное сохранение:

Пройден основной сюжет.
Выполнены все побочные задания.
Пройдены все DLC.
Территории и бизнесы распределял на всех союзников равномерно, а также добился максимального дохода с каждого бизнеса.
Получены почти все бонусы от союзников. "Почти все" потому что территории и бизнесы я распределял на всех союзников равномерно.
Получены и прокачаны по максимуму все автомобили.
Получено всё оружие, почти все улучшения для оружия и все улучшения для Линкольна.
Достигнут максимальный уровень "Травничества".
Бар Сэмми полностью отстроен и улучшен.
У Линкольна в кармане и хранилище много денег.
Прошёл игру на нормальную концовку, так как после неё можно свободно бегать в открытом мире.
Найдены все предохранители и коллекционные предметы.

Путь установки сохранения:
