The game is fully completed: all main and side quests, and all DLCs completed 100%: 1) Faster, Baby!; 2) Stones Unturned; 3) Sign of the Times.

Good ending; we rule the city together (Lincoln, Vito, Cassandra, and Burke are alive, and each has 2 districts). Lots of cash on hand and in the safe. All weapons collected, including those from all DLCs, and all skills upgraded. All cars collected and upgraded except for one, which is awarded for completing all the races. Almost all races have been won with gold, so you’ll have something to do (a couple of races are left)). All car upgrades unlocked, all clothing collected (including DLC items), wiretaps installed throughout New Bordeaux and the surrounding area, ALL collectibles, magazines, etc. collected. Sammy’s bar has been restored and fully upgraded.
