This trainer is intended for Metro: Last Light Redux (2014) and will not work on the original Metro: Last Light (2013), including the Complete Edition (2023), as that game is 32-bit and the process name is different.

- Invincibility – health is always at maximum, falls from great heights are safe, no damage animation.
- Infinite ammo – current amount of ammo does not decrease.
- Infinite medkits – current number of medkits does not decrease.
- Infinite filters – total filter time is always at least 30 minutes.
- Infinite throwing knives – current number of throwing knives does not decrease.
- Infinite grenades – current number of all types of grenades does not decrease.
- Infinite anti-personnel mines – current number of anti-personnel mines does not decrease.
- Infinite filter time – current filter time does not decrease.
- Infinite flashlight battery charge – flashlight battery is always at maximum charge.
- Infinite tank pressure – current pressure in the "Tihar", "Helsing", and flamethrower tanks does not decrease.
- Infinite "Railgun" battery charge – current "Railgun" battery charge does not decrease.
- Infinite military-grade ammo (money) – sets the amount of military-grade ammo to 1,000.
- Invisibility – enemies will not pay attention to you.
- Fast movement speed – sets movement speed to 4.75.
- High jump – sets jump height to 17.25.
- Infinite night vision device energy – night vision device energy is always at maximum.
- No clip mode – use standard movement keys to control your character. To go up, use Space; to go down, use Left Ctrl. Recommended to use together with "Invincibility"!
- Disable lighting – disables light sources such as campfires, lamps, headlamps, etc.; some stationary light sources may not be disabled.
- Play without gas mask – allows you to stay on the surface and in gassed areas without a gas mask.
