Adds Neco-Arc as a possible cat voice — now the voice generation code can also select this option. There is also a second file that completely overrides the voice generation code, leaving only Neco-Arc available for selection. If you use the second file, make sure to load it second for proper functionality, otherwise cats may be generated without a voice. Requires Mewtator (Mewgenics Mod Manager) to work.
