SDM’s MSC/MWC CD-Radio Converter is a standalone tool that makes adding custom music to My Summer Car and My Winter Car fast and painless. Instead of manually converting files, renaming tracks, and worrying about limits, you simply select a folder of audio files (MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, ripped CDs, etc.) and let the program handle the rest.

The tool supports both CD slots and the in-game radio. CDs automatically respect the 15-track limit, while the radio supports up to 200 tracks and can append new music without overwriting existing files. Tracks are converted to the correct OGG format, sample rate, and naming scheme required by the game. If your audio files don’t have track numbers, the converter assigns them automatically.

It includes a clean GUI with progress tracking, current-song status, and the ability to stop a conversion mid-process. All required dependencies (FFmpeg/FFprobe) are bundled, so there’s nothing extra to install, just run it, pick your options, and your music is ready in-game.
