This first-person point-and-click adventure follows Nancy Drew as she investigates a remote island in the Pacific Northwest. During her vacation, Nancy discovers that an unseen culprit has damaged the whale-watching boat owned by her host, Katie Firestone. A string of incidents in Snake Horse Harbor may be connected to an orphaned orca in a nearby channel, though a deeper threat could also be at work.
The player searches the surroundings for clues, questions suspects, and solves puzzles and minigames. Nancy can kayak along the coast and through caves, crack puzzles with Morse code and an anagram tool, build sandcastles, dig for clams, and play chess. The game offers Junior and Senior Detective difficulty levels.
