This action slasher follows assassin Travis Touchdown, who takes up his weapon again after falling from first to 51st place in the United Assassins Association. He faces Skelter Helter, an assassin seeking revenge for his brother, while Travis aims to reclaim his former standing and earn money.
Combat centers on a beam katana, which Travis can wield alongside a second blade. Shinobu, an agile fighter, and Henry, Travis's brother, are also playable. Between battles, 8-bit-style minigames provide money and power-ups for the characters.
