With this mod, you can easily unlock the in-game console and take control of various commands.

Open the console with F1.

List of commands:

Character.InfiniteStamina — infinite stamina.
Character.GainFullStamina — instantly restore stamina.
Character.Revive — revive the character.
Character.Die — instant death.
Character.PassOut — pass out (can be revived).
Character.LockStatuses — freeze statuses (hunger, cold, etc.).
Item.Add [name] — add an item to your inventory.
Item.RemoveAll — remove all items.
Item.BreakHeld — destroy the item in your hands.
Afflictions.AddCurse — apply a curse.
Afflictions.AddPoison — apply poison.
Afflictions.AddCold [value] — set cold level (0.0–1.0).
Afflictions.AddHunger [value] — set hunger level (0.0–1.0).
Afflictions.Clear — remove all negative effects.
And many more.

Installation:

Install BepInExPack.
Extract the contents of the archive into your game directory (default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PEAK).
Start the game and close it — this is necessary for the initial BepInEx setup.
Download this mod.
Go to ...\PEAK\BepInEx\plugins and extract the archive into this folder.
Start the game.
