The mod adds a multi-story residential building to the game, perfect for a wide variety of gameplay scenarios. Inside the building, you'll find numerous apartments with diverse furnishings: there are living rooms, kitchens, storage rooms, play areas, and even utility rooms. Each floor is unique and filled with details—from furniture and appliances to various small items.
In the center of the building, there is an elevator shaft and a stairwell, which adds realism and provides additional opportunities for interaction. The building is fully destructible, allowing for large-scale experiments with fire, explosions, and destruction.
