This is a tall multi-story building with identical cozy apartments on each floor. Every room has everything needed for living: a bed, a table, a chair, and decorative elements that create a cozy atmosphere. The house is perfect for creating various gameplay situations, settling residents, or conducting experiments. There is an antenna on the roof, and next to the building you can find trees and trash bins—everything to add realism to your scene. The building is fully destructible and does not require any third-party modifications. Controls:
- W — start the elevator;
- 1 — change the elevator's direction;
- L — turn on the street lights.
