This is a compact multi-story building with a unique interior on each floor. Inside, you'll find living rooms, work areas, storage spaces, and even a laboratory. Each floor is designed differently: some have boxes and furniture, while others are equipped for experiments and observations. There's an antenna and equipment on the roof, adding realism. The house is perfect for various gameplay scenarios, experiments, and settling characters. The building is fully destructible and does not require any third-party modifications. Controls:
- L — turn the lights on/off;
- J — alarm.
