Improves the fast travel system by unlocking the ability to create a fast travel station and automatically registering player-built stations as travel destinations.In the original game, you can build a fast travel station and travel to another location, but you cannot easily return to your own base.This mod solves that problem.You can build a station anywhere, and the mod will register it as a destination, allowing you to return to your base from other fast travel points. Main features:
- Fast Travel Schematic Unlock – Automatically unlocks the schematic for building the fast travel station;
- Custom Fast Travel Destinations – Player-built stations become available as selectable fast travel destinations;
- Multiple Bases Support – Build stations in different locations and travel between your bases;
- Automatic Detection – Checks for new stations every 5 seconds;
- Persistent Locations – Saves discovered stations and tries to restore them when loading your save;
- No Hotkeys Required – Works automatically in the background;
- Lightweight – Uses UE4SS Lua scripts without modifying original game files.
How to launch:
- Install UE4SS for Permafrost;
- Download the mod;
- Extract the ZIP archive into your UE4SS Mods folder;
- Open the mods.txt file in the Mods folder;
- Add the following line: PermafrostFastTravelComplete : 1;
- Save the file and launch Permafrost;
- Load your save game and wait a few seconds for the mod to initialize;
- Important: Disable any previous experimental versions of PermafrostFastTravelProbe or PermafrostHomeTravelFix to avoid conflicts.
