A plain pak modification that increases consciousness dust and upgrade materials gained from enemies, loot piles, and chests by 1.5x up to 10x. A dedicated Materials Only series is also available to boost upgrade components alone without altering dust amounts. Blackstone and amber fragments, keys, notes, and quest items remain completely untouched. The mod uses no scripts, no DLL files, and does not alter save games.
Key Features:
- Enemies drop 1.5x, 2x, 3x, 5x, or 10x more consciousness dust, with chests and loot piles containing proportionally larger caches.
- Upgrade materials for primary weapons, Sha-Chi weapons, accessories, and medicines scale by the chosen multiplier.
- The Materials Only variants boost crafting resources while leaving dust gains at native amounts.
- Blackstone fragments, Sha-Chi amber, cores, keys, notes, memory flowers, quest items, and travel talismans retain default quantities.
- Stat boosting pickups keep their native values.
- Loot referenced directly by quests, dialogue, or inscriptions, as well as dust from tutorial enemies and specific bosses, remains unchanged.
- Base drop chances for weapons and gear, upgrade costs, and merchant prices stay strictly vanilla.
- Save files remain clean and unaffected.
Installation:
- Close the game.
- Select and download only one preferred option from the files tab.
- Extract the archive directly into the root game folder steamapps\common\PBZ so that the ProjectPBZ folder merges properly.
- Verify that the three zzz_PBZDropMultiplier_P files with pak, utoc, and ucas extensions sit in the tilde mods folder inside PBZ\ProjectPBZ\Content\Paks.
- Launch the game.
Troubleshooting:
- Install strictly one variant at a time.
- Ensure that all three files reside directly in the tilde mods folder rather than nested variant folders in the root directory.
- To switch to a different multiplier, remove the previous files before extracting the new variant.
