This modification allows the use of 16:9 format in the game while maintaining compatibility with the English localization. It is based on the WidescreenFIX mod and a translation from the ZoG Forum Team, but during the development, the localization was significantly altered: Russian sounds were removed, plants were renamed (for example, Calendula became Chamomile, and Bulrush became Cat-tail), etc.

Known issues: incorrect functioning of the "Restart" button; text clipping in some areas.

Installation:

Unzip to any folder;
Right-click on the PlantsVsZombies.exe file and select "Create shortcut";
Right-click on the shortcut, select "Rename" and remove the ending ".exe — shortcut";
Move the shortcut to a convenient location.

Мод для широкоформатных 16:9 мониторов (русский язык)

С этой модификацией можно использовать формат 16:9 в игре, не теряя совместимости с русификатором. Она основана на моде WidescreenFIX и переводе от ZoG Forum Team, но в процессе доработки русификатор был существенно изменён: были удалены русскоязычные звуки, переименованы растения (например, Календула стала Ромашкиумом, а Рогоз — Кошкамышем) и т.д.

Особенности:

Совместимость с форматом 16:9;
Совместимость с русификатором;
Частично переработанный перевод;
Известные ошибки: некорректная работа кнопки "Рестарт"; обрезка текста в некоторых местах.

Установка:

Разархивировать в любую папку;
Кликнуть ПКМ по файлу PlantsVsZombies.exe и выбрать "Создать ярлык";
Кликнуть ПКМ по ярлыку, выбрать "Переименовать" и удалить окончание ".exe — ярлык";
Переместить ярлык в удобное место.
