Polara is a free-running platformer that combines obstacle courses with color-switching strategy. Agent Lara is caught between a global power and a rebel cause while an enemy security system hunts her down. As she makes her way through the levels, Lara seeks the truth about her past, present, and future.

Players navigate story levels using color-coded speed ramps, launch pads, gravity waves, hex bombs, and energy platforms. The game also features boss battles and unlockable endless modes. Collectibles found in story levels change how each level is played.
