Set in a ruined Tokyo where reality is eroding and grotesque creatures known as Aberrations roam the streets, this action RPG with horror elements follows courier Souma Hoshigami after an attack leaves him in a half-turned state. Investigator Rena Hizuki takes him into custody, and the two investigate a demonic drug called Tiny True, the Stigmas affecting young people, and a mysterious cult.
Combat lets players control Rena and Souma, combining skills into chained attacks. A timeline gauge shows the timing and type of incoming enemy moves, helping players interrupt attacks and plan counters. Time can be slowed or paused to assess the tactical situation and skill cooldowns, while mastering the system supports both deliberate and aggressive approaches.
