Completed on the Steam version of the game. Some rare achievements have also been unlocked, but not all.

Installation:

Download the save file.
Disable cloud synchronization (in Steam or another launcher).
Open File Explorer and go to: C:\Users\[Your username]\AppData\Local\ReadyOrNot\Saved
Extract the contents of the archive into this folder.
Launch the game.
Go to Single Player and select "Commander".
Load the slot with this save.
Exit the game.
Enable synchronization (the same way you disabled it).
