The first part of the Resident is an immortal classic and one of the progenitors of the horror genre.
Now, of course, this game looks extremely ugly, inconvenient, etc., but in 1996 it was a real standard.
Resident Evil was originally intended to be like Doom, but with puzzles, but then Capcom looked at Alone in the Dark and decided to make a game with a fixed camera. This decision turned out to be fatal, and thanks to it there was a breakthrough in the industry, in particular in horror.
After almost 30 years, it’s impossible to play this because of terrible controls, unpleasant, albeit atmospheric graphics, ancient sound, etc. As a human being, you can play this game thanks to the official remake-remaster, which was created back in 2002, but now the review is not about it, so okay.
The game is absolutely not suitable for new gamers, and no one will play it for the first time, only the old guard will be able to replay this masterpiece for the tenth time and get bored with it.
Первая часть резидента — это бессмертная классика и один из прародителей жанра "хоррор".
Сейчас конечно эта игра смотрится крайне некрасивой, неудобной и т.д, но в 1996 году это был самый настоящий эталон.

Спустя почти 30 лет играть в такое невозможно, из-за ужасного управления, неприятной, хоть и атмосферной графики, древнего саунда и т.д. По-человечески в эту игру можно поиграть благодаря официальному ремейк-ремастеру, который был создан ещё в 2002 году, но сейчас обзор не про него, так что ладно.
Игра абсолютно не подойдёт для новых геймеров, и впервые никто её проходить не будет, только старая гвардия сможет в десятый раз перепройти этот шедевр и понастольгировать.
