I encountered the issue that there is no proper localization for this game, only for the re-release, which is quite unfortunate, as there are gamers with weaker PCs who cannot play the remake. Therefore, I had to take the localization from the licensed game, as it is simply the best available, and there are no others, all are poorly done and do not translate everything.

Everything possible in the game is in Russian, except for cutscenes; this is a text localization, not a video one, so don’t confuse them. You will need to download the in-game videos in Russian separately; I might upload them later.

The only downside is that I couldn't extract the Russian subtitles during cutscenes, as they come directly from the official executable, and will only show if replaced.

This is the best localization available today for Resident Evil 4, 2005 version for PC, taken directly from the official game by the developers at Новый диск. All you need to do is drop the files in to replace if necessary, or simply add them to the root folder of the game (where the game is installed), fully compatible with any patch.
