1) Place Similar RE5 & Village Control Layout.rar in modmanager/Games/RE4/Mods and activate the mod in the FluffyQuack mod manager.

2) Go to the main menu of the game and set the HD textures.

3) Ensure that you have set the Control Setup to Type 3,

4) Play the game.
