Simple Slavery [1.2].

This mod introduces a slavery system into the game.

How to capture a slave:

First, you will need to craft a collar for slaves at the smithy, at the crafting station, on tailor benches, or at the workbench, and then on the 'Prisoner' tab, select the new option 'Enslavement'. After that, your overseer will attach it to their neck, and it's done! Now they are useful members of your slave-owning colony. Slaves are generally unhappy with their situation and will make repeated escape attempts until their willpower is broken. You can get a general idea of how low their willpower is by checking the negative mood effect of their thought 'Enslaved': it starts with a mood penalty of -15 and increases from there. When a slave tries to escape, you will need to send a pawn to catch them; if you succeed, they will be transferred to a prison cell, where they will be interned for several hours.
