This modification makes it so that it never rains in the game. You will still see raindrops hitting puddles, pavement, and vehicles, but the rain itself will disappear from the screen.

How to install:

Go to the folder where the game is installed, then RoadCraft > Root > Paks > client > Default;
Make copies of the files (Default_other.pak and Default_other.pak.cache) to have backups;
Delete the files (Default_other.pak and Default_other.pak.cache) from the (Default) folder;
Unpack the modified file;
Copy and paste the modified file (Default_other.pak) into the (Default) folder.
