If you chat with other users or even with your friends, you can get banned even for saying “hello”. It is useless to write to support.

Literally a month ago, my account was deleted for no reason. And before this, my account was banned 2 times in a row for 7 days. And the icing on the cake was the ban, which is more specifically meant as account deletion.
