Removes restrictions on the simultaneous construction of Megastructures, plus allows building more than one Dyson Sphere and Science Complex, Decompressor, etc. The Watchtower Complex and Assembly remain exceptions.

Updated for 2.2.7: bonuses for the Sphere and Decompressor have been changed as per the developers' screenshot.

Мегаструктуры - Снятие ограничений 2.2.7

Снимает ограничения на одновременную постройку Мегаструктур, плюс даёт возможность строить больше одной сферы Дайсона и Научного комплекса, Декомпрессора и т.д. исключением остались Дозорный комплекс и Ассамблея.

Обновил для 2.2.7: бонусы для Сферы и Декомпрессора изменил как на скрине от разработчиков.
