Streets of Rage 3 — After Mr. X suffered two defeats, he founded the research company RoboCy Corporation to cover his illegal activities. Dr. Zahn, the world's leading expert in the field of robotics, was brought in to create an army of humanoid robots capable of replacing important city officials. Having made the switch, Mr. X planned to control the city using a remote control. His criminal organization, the Syndicate, pre-placed bombs with the radioactive element of shells in various places in the city in order to distract the attention of the police while the officials were being replaced.
