Functions and commands:

Currency, energy, water and many pointers — edit currency, energy, water and many other pointers (population happiness, children, population, time, and more). Go to the statistics tab, then to the resources tab to get the values;
specialist stats in outpost - edit specialist stats in the outpost (health, action points, intelligence, charisma, and others). Select a specialist to display the pointers;
