All 30 stars in each temple; 10 stars are located near the tower and inside it.

All 3 wooden doors are unlocked, and all the sigils that grant 1 hint in each temple have been collected.

Collected 22 audio logs, which you can listen to by pressing Tab.

Found all paint cans.

Found all computer files in every temple and the tower.

All 3 endings unlocked; the 6th floor is open (the 3rd ending), the most difficult one.

Collected 9 silver sigils.

Unlocked 35 of 40 achievements. Unfortunately, I couldn't find them all: 36 in the main campaign and 4 in the DLC.

Road to Gehenna: all levels unlocked, all stars and 7 silver sigils collected, all 3 endings unlocked.

4 achievements in Road to Gehenna.

Completed the Prototype add-on, all 6 levels.

Collected all Easter eggs; there are about 65 in total with the DLC.

I couldn't get 5 achievements in the main campaign (don't enter the tower until you have collected 49 red sigils; silence the snake; deal with the deceiver; take this with you; use a hint from above; thought I'd get them quickly with cheat codes, but it didn't work out).
