The Evil Within 2 — 4K Remastered Bink 2 Pre-Rendered Cutscenes.

Just like with The Evil Within, the author has upgraded the cutscenes of this game to 4K. Additionally, the pre-rendered videos look great at 1080p resolution, meaning there will be less aliasing in upscales compared to the first game. Simply drag the TheEvilWithin2 folder into common.
