This save for The Saboteur is designed for progression focused on perks and character development on maximum difficulty.

Unlocked:

  • Brawling I–II–III;
  • Technical I–II–III;
  • Sniper I–II–III;
  • Explosives I–II–III;
  • Demolition I–II–III;
  • Sabotage I–II;
  • Mayhem I–II–III;
  • Evasion I–II.

Unavailable due to story progression:

  • Sabotage III, bridge charges are unlocked later;
  • Races I–II–III, locked at the beginning;
  • Mechanic I–II–III, garage unavailable early on;
  • Evasion III, alert level 5 is not accessible in Act I.

Everything available was purchased in the shop except maps, contraband was intentionally farmed;

Freeplay objectives completed at 9%, focus placed on perks and shop upgrades;

Progression is step-by-step, including side missions, on maximum difficulty.
