There is one thing, a couple of side quests are not completed, including Black Pearl, Collect all card sets, Master Armorer, Tower from Nowhere, Exercises in Higher Alchemy, Daredevil Races: In the name of the goddess!, Fists of Fury: Champion of Champions, Contract: Beast (Witcher contracts), also Wolf School. I apologize for not completing them. No failed quests, only uncompleted ones.

- Geralt has a romance with Triss.

- Ciri has become a witcher.

- The Baron and his wife are alive.

- Radovid is alive.

- The Lesser Bastard is dead.

- Cerys is the queen of Skellige.

Unfortunately, not everything is collected, but I have level 47, decent armor, and 22854 crowns.

Fencing and Aard sign branches.
