This arcade racing game is set on Tokyo’s highways, where the player takes part in underground street races. Flashing the headlights challenges another driver to a race, and winnings can be spent on car upgrades. The game adds more cars and rival racers, along with a larger course recreating 100 miles of actual Tokyo highways.
