More job slots for the "Carrier Company" construction.

Many complain about the lack of carriers or that they are often busy, which forces the construction of more bulky buildings that take up the already limited space.

This mod alleviates this issue by adding 10 slots for carriers instead of the standard 6, and another 10 after upgrading = 20.

Installation: Place the package file in \Tropico 6\Tropico6\Content\Paks.
