High-Resolution Unreal Skins.
This mod will replace all blurry Unreal / UT99 / RTNP skins with detailed high-resolution counterparts. It works in Unreal Gold 227 and Unreal Tournament '99. The main goal of this project was to keep the appearance of the skins as accurate as possible while removing obvious outdated pixelation. Each skin was manually reworked. Simple filters or silly techniques were not used in the process. Every part was manually processed and blended. Hundreds of layers were created to apply texture details, more beautiful shadows, brighter lighting, and much more. Skins look like the originals from a distance but are more detailed up close. In the case of larger meshes, such as Titan, details are visible even from afar.

Этот мод заменит все размытые скины Unreal / UT99 / RTNP подробными аналогами в высоком разрешении. Он работает в Unreal Gold 227 и Unreal Tournament '99. Основной целью в этом проекте было сохранить внешний вид скинов как можно более точным, удалив при этом очевидную устаревшую пикселизацию. Каждый скин был переработан вручную. В процессе не использовались простые фильтры или глупые техники. Каждая часть была вручную обработана и растушевана. Сотни слоев были созданы для применения текстурных деталей, более красивых теней, более яркого света и многого другого. Скины издалека выглядят как оригиналы, но более детализированы вблизи. В случае с более крупными сетками, такими как Titan, детали видны даже на расстоянии.
