Gorax's Boathouse.

A simple boathouse. Accommodates 4 skiffs, 2 barges, or any combination thereof. The only issue is that the cross mast hits the supports when reversing for the first time. 2 workstations set on either side for repairs, and a simple box at the front for unloading. Place it near the water.
