Starter Home and World Seed.

This is a nice little starting base for those who want to easily begin something. The perfect seed with all bosses and a merchant at a very reasonable distance from the spawn point. Inside the base, there are six beds for you and your friends along with decent starting gear. 3 long ships are included in the docking area.
