The game is top-notch, especially in the building mechanics, you can easily build a large castle. As for the plot, I will say that I didn’t like it in this regard, as well as the combat system. The game itself is top-notch, especially with friends, it’s more fun with them. If they improve the plot and the combat system, it will be a bomb.

Top game. Excellent game.

The combat system is implemented extremely well—knockback physics, blocks, combos, and massive damage to multiple enemies. There are also divisions into damage types and logical enemy resistances to these types.

Besides, the weapons have truly varied attack patterns, which, combined with the visual effects, really makes you feel powerful.

The building physics work perfectly. You can't pull a beam without support for a kilometer—it will collapse. So you have to sweat and think about how best to build, which ultimately makes you treat your building with more care.

The biggest challenge with this game is finding friends who will agree to play it with you. The game is great, it has tons of well-developed mechanics, tons of content, and tons of opportunities. But many are put off by the visual style and overall difficulty. I've been trying to get my girlfriend to play for ages, but to no avail. And playing alone gets boring after a couple dozen hours. So it turns out that you're just starting to grasp the basic mechanics, get the hang of it... and then lose interest. At least that's how it works for me.

It's a normal game... you can play it periodically... build something, wander somewhere... fight with someone... You can put it aside for a year, yes... and then come back)))

This game is incredible! Personally, I've only played it solo, so the bosses are definitely challenging to beat, but I love the exploration, crafting, and leveling system it offers. In short: a must-have for your library!

The best survival game!

A very cool build that can be further diversified with mods.

Diverse biomes, a clear combat system, and many unique features not found anywhere else. You can tank bosses, or you can simply survive, raise animals, build cities, fish, and travel! In a word, SUPER!

Great game. We played with friends and our kids. We played a long time ago and found some winter biome with no resources. Maybe they've fixed it now. But two years ago, part of the map was empty. And the foggy islands were definitely annoying. The kids kept getting lost and had to spend ages searching for them.

It's a really good game, I put almost 200 hours into it. I enjoyed it a lot, but it's much more fun to play with friends. Lots of funny things happen, including silly but hilarious deaths, which doesn't happen when you play alone. I highly recommend it; it recently had a really good update.

I dropped into Valheim just to check it out, but ended up spending dozens of hours. It's a surprisingly good blend of exploration, building, and survival. It's especially fun to play with friends, where everyone does their own thing, and then you all head off together to take on the next boss. One of the best games in the genre in recent years.

I'm in mistlands and I am nearly ashlands and I STILL haven't ran out of things to do, tho I have got a lot of crises like the crisis for potions, where I beat queen, yagluth, finished mistlands without wisplight, all before the crisis was releived, and I have had a refined eitr for literally entire time I've had eitr,and the crisis for food- entire 2 years without food (real life years), I've been playing 4 years so far

The game is one of the best in its genre (survival)

First of all, I want to say about the low hardware and memory requirements for the game, but for co-op you need a good Internet. Even a solo passage will be interesting, but playing with friends is much better.

From the advantages of the game I can say:

+ Good combat similar to souls games

+ Leveling up your skills (the more you do it, the better you become at it)

+ Unique food consumption system (you won’t starve, but it is advisable to eat well))

+ Construction (in a beautiful and convenient base, comfort is the most important thing))

Realistic Minecraft in a Scandinavian setting. There are many biomes, the game is still supported by content, but there is no plot, although it is not needed here, because this is a sandbox that is better played with friends

Interesting gameplay combining construction, travel and action

Sometimes it's annoying that you can't just put a workbench in the field and fix it

Essentially there isn't one, but it explains who you are and why you have to kill the bosses

A very interesting game in terms of mechanics. Co-op with friends makes the gameplay of this game even more fun. However, the lack of content, especially around the 20th hour, starts to become noticeable. Another significant drawback is the balance regarding some mobs (especially on the plains with its one-shot mosquitoes). Well, in general, the game is fun, with a pleasant atmosphere (especially with friends), and addictive gameplay that can drag you on for a good 50, or even 70 hours

A game of extremes.

On the one hand, during my playthrough, I noticed a lot of fun and laughter, but on the other, there was also suffering and despondency.

The pros are the setting, mobs, and building.

The cons are the grind and the difficulty of moving around the map. Especially when you're dead and need to collect loot.

Amazing game, I played for about 10 hours and I don't want to stop.

Pros:

1. Small game size (just over 4 GB);

2. Cooperative mode available, and the gameplay gets more challenging with each new player (up to 10);

3. Huge map, which you will spend a good amount of time exploring.

Cons:

1. No separate slots for armor or weapons; everything is in your inventory (but there is a quick access bar).

2. Water transport can be buggy at times (the vessel occasionally suffers damage when navigating calm waters).

Recommended.
