About the Game
This turn-based fantasy role-playing game follows Werdna, the evil wizard defeated in the first Wizardry and imprisoned deep inside his own dungeon. After awakening, he must fight his way to the surface, gradually regain his lost powers and face the heroes from earlier games in the series.
The dungeon has ten levels. Pentagrams found along the way restore Werdna’s health and spellcasting capacity, increase his strength and let him summon monsters; he can command up to three monster parties at a time. As he climbs, both the opponents he encounters and the creatures available to summon grow stronger.
