- All of the following have been found in all 9 chapters:
- Enigma codes, letters, gold items, concept art and sketches, characters, health upgrades, and armor upgrades.
- In addition to the five standard game modes, four extra modes are now available:
- 999 — 999 health, infinite ammo, and Uber difficulty;
- Walk in the Park — all HUD elements are disabled; difficulty: "I Am Death Incarnate!";
- Hardcore — complete the game without medkits on Uber difficulty;
- Iron Will — the hardest mode. You only get one life, so after you die, the entire game starts over. Difficulty: "Uber";

- Прогулка — отключены все элементы интерфейса, сложность — "Я воплощение смерти!";
- Хардкор — нужно пройти игру без аптечек на уровне сложности — "убер";
- Стальная воля — самый сложный режим. Дается всего одна жизнь, т.е. после смерти вся игра начинается заного. Уровень сложности — "убер";
