This modification adds ultrawide screen (Ultrawide) support for ZERO PARADES: For Dead Spies. It removes black bars on the sides by forcibly stretching the game render to fill the entire screen.

This is a quickly made temporary solution until the developers add official support, so obvious visual bugs may occur in the game. The mod was only tested on a 21:9 aspect ratio—functionality on other formats is not guaranteed.

Requirements:

  • BepInEx 6 (IL2CPP, x64).

Installation instructions:

  1. Go to the root folder of the game (where ZeroParades.exe is located). In Steam: right-click the game > Manage > Browse local files.
  2. Install BepInEx 6 by extracting the contents of its archive directly into this folder.
  3. Extract the mod archive into the same game folder (the file ZeroParadesUltrawide.dll will automatically be placed in BepInEx\plugins\).
  4. Launch the game.

Note: The first launch after installing BepInEx can be very long and may take more than 5 minutes.

Uninstallation:

  1. Delete the file ZeroParadesUltrawide.dll from the BepInEx\plugins\ folder.
  2. To fully remove the mod loader, delete the BepInEx folder from the game directory, as well as the files winhttp.dll, doorstop_config.ini, and .doorstop_version.
