TRON: Catalyst Developers Announce Release Date and Unveil New Trailer
During the ID@Xbox Digital Showcase, a new trailer for the isometric action game TRON: Catalyst was revealed, where the developers announced the exact release date and showcased gameplay footage.
The game is set to launch on June 17 this year for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch. A Steam page is available.
As the name suggests, the main action takes place in the universe of the film TRON. The protagonist is a program named Exo, who must fight for her life in the trial arena. She also possesses a unique ability that allows her to manipulate time.
Key features include a dynamic combat system, an engaging story, and a meticulously recreated world of the franchise.
As a reminder, the new film TRON: Ares, starring Jared Leto, is set to premiere on October 10 this year.
