Finding such items on the streets of Night City is almost impossible, so the easiest way to get legendary quality quickhacks is by crafting them. To do this, you first need to level up Intelligence to 20 and unlock the Bartmoss's Legacy passive ability in the Quickhacks section, which allows you to create legendary quickhacks. Now, in the Crafting section, the player will have blueprints for all the found hacking items. You can buy the missing ones from any netrunner.
Where to Find Legendary Quickhack Components
To craft such unique quickhacks, you will need a large number of legendary components. Use access point hacking to obtain the necessary crafting items. This will not only allow you to gather the required components for crafting but also earn some eurodollars. Once the necessary number of items is collected, go to the Crafting tab and use the required blueprint to get the desired legendary quickhack.
It is recommended to buy a legendary cyberdeck, as a higher quality item significantly enhances the main character's capabilities during combat. There are only 14 such unique items in the game, and almost every ripperdoc in the city can sell you a unique legendary cyberdeck upon reaching a certain level of reputation.
Access Points
There is another way to obtain legendary quickhacks. To do this, you need to level up Intelligence to 12 and unlock the level 2 ability Data Mine Virtuoso. Go to any access point that requires 9 or more points to hack and connect to it. Extract data only from the third section. The drop rate is very low, so it is recommended to save before the access point.
Legendary Quickhacks
There are 17 quickhacks available in the game, which are used to eliminate enemies and control characters and various devices. However, we will only consider legendary quality items below. To activate the desired hacking method, simply go to the implants section and open the Cyberdeck. After that, you need to replace the existing quickhack with a more powerful one.
Infection
Applies poison to the target, which can spread to nearby enemies. Effective against closely grouped enemies. The legendary quality quickhack increases the duration of the effect, enhances damage to subsequent targets, and works passively when equipped. When using other quickhacks, the infection can spread to additional targets.
Cripple Movement
Prevents the target from moving from its current position and disallows affected enemies from attacking. Spreads the effect to nearby enemies within a specified radius and prevents dashing when using any quickhack.
Cyberpsychosis
Forces the enemy to attack all present targets indiscriminately, and if there are no other allies, to commit suicide. Enemies under the effect of any quickhack will not try to avoid friendly fire.
Detonate Grenade
Activates the detonation of a portable grenade on the selected target and reduces the cost of using the next quickhack.
Overheat
Deals thermal damage to the selected enemy and ignites them over time. Effective against mechanical targets. Affected enemies cannot take any actions, including using their software capabilities.
Ping
Reveals enemies and devices connected to the local network. Highlighted targets can be scanned and quickly targeted with another quickhack through obstacles.
Reboot Optics
Hacks the enemy's optical system and blinds them for a short time. Initiates the quickhack during the protocol breach, spreading the effect to nearby targets within a specified radius.
Short Circuit
Deals damage to the selected target and applies an electromagnetic pulse effect for several seconds. When dealing critical damage with any weapon, this quickhack's effect is applied. Effective against mechanical enemies.
Sonic Shock
Stuns the enemy and reduces their detection capability. Isolates the target from the local network and prevents communication with their allies. Enemies under the effect of any quickhack are cut off from the local network.
Suicide
Forces the enemy to commit suicide and reduces the cost of subsequent quickhacks.
Synapse Burnout
Deals damage that increases as the enemy's health decreases. Upon elimination, the enemy bursts into flames and causes nearby allies to panic. Also induces panic in nearby targets when the enemy is affected by any other quickhack. Least effective against mechanical enemies.
System Reset
Cripples the enemy's nervous system and causes them to lose consciousness. The affected target will not make any noise upon being disabled. Eliminating the enemy reduces the cost of the next quickhack.
Weapon Glitch
Causes the target's weapon to malfunction and reduces shooting accuracy. Disables the smart device mode, where bullets track the target accurately, bypassing obstacles. The effect spreads to the nearest target within a specified radius and causes the weapon to explode. Activates the silencer on weapons when using protocol breach.
