Head to the Upper West Side and descend into the sewers. Break the drain to extinguish the flames and proceed forward.

Pull yourself to the side of the train and crawl along it, then along the pipes.

Make your way into Connors' lab. Study the notes, samples, and workstation.

After this, a fight with the Lizard will begin. His crushing attacks are too powerful, so you won't be able to parry them. Dodge and hit him with simple attacks. But you need space to maneuver, so don't let yourself get cornered.

Venom's and Spider's abilities will also be effective, but web shots and gadgets are almost useless. Also, pay attention to the panels with the electricity sign. If you open them when the Lizard is nearby, you'll stun the boss. After this, you'll have the opportunity to deliver a series of hits.

If a finisher icon appears, press the corresponding combination (triangle+circle). You won't kill the monster, but you'll deal massive damage to it.

After the cutscene, the third stage of the fight will begin. The Lizard will become more dangerous and will be able to stun you with ultrasound, but gameplay-wise nothing will change. The only nuance is that you'll see panels on the walls. If you open them when the boss is running nearby, you'll knock him to the ground.
