Blizzard Cancels BlizzCon 2024 Festival

The annual BlizzCon exhibition will not take place in 2024, Blizzard announced on its official website. According to the company, they are not abandoning the event entirely and it will definitely return in the future.
In the coming months, Blizzard will share details about upcoming projects, including expansions World of Warcraft: The War Within and Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred. Among summer gaming exhibitions, the company will at least make an appearance at Gamescom.
Previously, Activision Blizzard officially became part of Microsoft. Following the multi-billion dollar deal, the company announced the cancellation of a fantasy survival game that was announced in 2022.
