Dead Cells Creators Announce Release Date for New Game Windblown
Motion Twin, the studio behind the hit roguelike Dead Cells, has announced the release date for their new project called Windblown. The game will be released in early access on Steam on October 24.
The developers also announced that Windblown will participate in the Steam Next Fest, which starts on October 14. Players will be able to try out the demo version and receive an exclusive Guinea Pig skin. If desired, progress can be transferred to the paid version.
In honor of the upcoming release, the studio has discounted Dead Cells. Until October 10, the standard version will cost $12.49.
Windblown is a fantasy roguelite action game that tells the story of the inhabitants of a village floating in the sky. The main character must save the settlement from the destructive Whirlwind by fighting its guardians and challenging bosses.
