Cyberpunk 2077 Developer Explains Why Male V Version Wasn't Added to Fortnite

Recently, Fortnite introduced skins for Johnny Silverhand and the female version of V. However, some gamers were hoping to see the male version of the protagonist as well. Senior designer of Cyberpunk 2077, Patrick K. Mills, recently explained why the male V wasn't included in the game.
Doing femme V instead of masc V in Fortnite was my call and I did it because I like femme V a little better and we already had a masc character in the form of Johnny. That's it. Both masc and femme V are great but we weren't gonna do both in this collab so a choice had to be made.
As a reminder, the collaboration with Cyberpunk 2077 in Fortnite also introduced other items, including a pickaxe styled after the "Mantis Blades" and a backpack accessory designed to look like an Arasaka nuclear bomb.
Additionally, we recently reported on new skins featuring Japanese versions of Batman and Harley Quinn for Fortnite.
