Assassin's Creed Mirage May Get Story DLC More Than a Year After Release
According to the French publication Les Echos, Ubisoft is planning a story DLC for Assassin's Creed Mirage, which was released in 2023. Let us remind you that they did not officially intend to release add-ons for the game.
According to journalists, Ubisoft has entered into a new partnership agreement with Savvy Games Group. The Saudi investment company is ready to finance the release of the add-on so that Assassin's Creed Mirage can attract a Middle Eastern audience. Les Echos claims that Ubisoft President Yves Guillemot initially did not agree to such a deal, but approved it after visiting Saudi Arabia. The DLC is allegedly in the early stages of development.
By the way, Savvy Games Group is another potential participant in the Ubisoft buyout. The French company is probably trying to hedge its bets ahead of the release of Assassin's Creed: Shadows, which could decide its fate.
The game itself recently received a new gameplay demonstration and a story trailer. Official system requirements have also appeared. Along with the presentation, Ubisoft showed off The Animus Hub platform, which will become «the new home for Assassin's Creed»
