На новые предметы моды не ставил (если ты про мод, где можно в тушках мутантов хабар собирать). Ставил все моды чисто на геймплей и баланс. Сейчас поставлю мод на стамину и посмотрю на новом сохранении. Далее обновлю коммент.
UPD: и после с авто и после ручного сохранения и загрузки не робит мод. В новой игре мод так же не работает.

Я проверил еще 3 мода на изменение стамины и никакой из них не работает. При этом мод на энергетики так же не фурычит. Удалил энергосы и проверил — нихрена не изменилось.
UPD: при этом мод на изменение веса медицины, еды, боеприпасов работает, так что скорее всего дело в моде или в конфликте с другими модами.
